J ob Description Motor Coach Operator Job Summary:
Position responsibilities include the safe operation of an assigned Motor Coach (and/or other company equipment). The Motor Coach Operator is responsible for ensuring safe, and timely transportation as well as effective communication with the dispatcher, Manager, and passenger. Additionally, the Motor Coach Operator is responsible for all safety-related items related to the assigned vehicle including assisting their passenger's on and off the Motor Coach; transporting and discharging all manifested and charter/tour passengers. The operator is responsible for following all DOT, FMCSA, and dispatch pre and post-trip procedures and guidelines.

Sign on Bonus and Relocation Program to drive for our sister company Mountain Crew Change in Elko, NV:
Sign On Bonus of $1500.00: if live locally and $2000.00, if live more than 100 miles away, paid out as follows: $500.00 at signing, $750.00 at a 3-month employment period, and the remaining $750.00 a 6-month employment period for a local and 1/3 at signing, 1/3 at 3-month and 1/3 at 6-month for relocating drivers.
Relocation Assistance: Reimbursement of up to $2500.00 for moving expenses (receipts required). One month of temporary housing is provided at a hotel with a suite that is equipped with a full kitchen.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner that is legible and neat
- Normal High School mathematical skills
- Possess and maintain a Commercial Driver's License. Class B with Air Brakes and Passenger endorsement minimum
- Possess and maintain a DOT physical
- Safely, efficiently, and courteously drive all company vehicles
- Treat all passengers, company personnel, and others associated with your assigned work in a courteous and professional manner
- Work with other company personnel as members of a TEAM. This requires the Driver to coordinate activities with others, and to function simultaneously as a whole unit.

**Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of CDL Experience
- 23 Years of age or older
- No Felonies
- No Major moving violations in the last 3 years
