MX Logistics is hiring a business development manager to join the sales team. Earn between $70k-$120k. 2+ years of experience required preferably in B2B sales in TRUCKING companies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales goals with a customer acquisition plan for logistic needs
- Achieve and exceed targets for client acquisition and spend
- Work Cross-functionally with operations to support sales goals
- Analyze sales data
- Drive full sales cycle: prospecting, generating new sales leads, and closing deals
- Effectively articulate our suite or services and the value/ROI that sets up apart from the lowest price
- Represent our clients by working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and senior management to recommend solutions that drive additional value/deliver the best customer experience
- Travel twice a month throughout U.S for customer meetings
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationship
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience (preferably B2B)
- Deep understanding of the logistics industry, the way businesses operate, and priorities that drive decisions
- Sales proficiency
- Ability to travel throughout the U.S for customer meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Must have experience in a logistics/trucking company*****
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is
$70,000–$120,000 plus commission pay with uncapped potential. Compensation offered at hire will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
