• Review / understand and successfully implement significant new business profiles within the QuickSTAT network solution.
• Oversee / develop the QuickSTAT NORAM network-ensuring adherence to agreed rate structures, pricing and QSTAT group policies.

• To work collaboratively with regional and branch Management teams as required to ensure maximum client satisfaction specific to new business or enhancement of existing solutions.
• Manage / Support the implementation of significant new business or projects within the QuickSTAT operational structure
• Oversee / design (within the NORAM region) network enhancements with a goal to develop and implement growth strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
• Manage / Support directly or indirectly client requirements to develop ad-hoc or long-term logistical solutions.
• Manage / Assist as required with contracts / SLA / SOP / COP needs specific to on-boarding new business awards.
• Ensuring Vendors information is kept up to date and accurate for our NORAM supply chain.
• Managing EMEA supplier relationships, with existing vendor leadership to ensure QuickSTAT high level expectations are met.
• Sourcing and engage key suppliers within the NORAM region, providing cost effective resilience and coverage.
• KPI / Root Cause analysis to support network service performance and to drive solution improvements within the QuickSTAT network.
• Liaise extensively with commercial operations / BD teams and control tower management specific to strategic initiatives and sales development projects.
• Ensure budget requirements are met as applicable
• Participate as required in client facing meetings or strategic reviews specific to new business or network solution design.
• To manage directly or via designates the training of all applicable staff & service partners ensuring their ability to manage all tasks.

• Specialist (Biopharma) Courier Operations & Network Management experience
• Good understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
• Excellent understanding of Regional & World Geography.
• Specific knowledge of Clinical Trial Logistics to include:

Temperature Controlled Shipping and packaging.
Clinical Trial Courier Operations and client set up
Broad understanding of regulatory requirements specific to Clinical Trial Logistics.
Reverse logistics
Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Teamwork skills and strong self-motivation ability.
Good numeric / financial ability.
Ability to work successfully under pressure

Industry Management / Industry Experience ensuring ability to in undertake all tasks / responsibilities listed above.
Minimum 5 years Industry Experience to a management level.
GDP Training and Qualifications specific to transportation
IATA Dangerous Goods by Air certification.
Management (general) training and Qualification
IT / Computer literacy qualifications (specifically those listed in skills and abilities).
