Full Time | Night Shift | 11pm - 7am
Days: Sunday - Thursday Night

Night shift management is responsible for operations during overnight shift hours. They will assist the night shift plant manager in managing employees, fulfilling orders and completing other assigned tasks. This is a processing operation from killing the bird, on through to distribution. ***You will be working and around meat.***
Job Requirements
To be successful in this roll, you must:
- be able to be on your feet, and moving throughout the shift
- be able to follow safety guidelines and food safety guidelines for work around poultry products.
- be able to work with and coach employees
- be able to meet production goals and deadlines
- have strong attention to detail
- have strong written and verbal communication skills
