Non Profit Social Work Assistance
Part-Time to Full Time
Starting at 28 hours weekly; $20 hourly

Servant’s Heart is seeking an Assistant to support social work programs.

This role entails duties such as:

· Assist social worker with documents

· Manage small teams of volunteers

· Pantry organization, stock items, pack client orders

· Set up and maintain volunteer holiday assistance schedules

· Verbal engagement with clients, staff, and donors

· Phone calls to request items and confirm commitments

· Mass emails to clients and correspondence to donor

· Interaction with all programs at different levels

· Social Media point person for Assistance Programs with FaceBook, Instagram, etc.

Qualifications:

· Strong administrative skills

· Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Good communicator with solid writing skillset

· Personable disposition with volunteers, customers, and donors
(welcoming and gracious demeanor)

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Speaking Spanish is a plus
