We are a Minnesota based family owned business with our main location in Inver Grove Heights and openings for a Service Advisor/Invoicer for our Truck Shop. We are looking for someone with mechanical aptitude; detail oriented; willing to jump in and help out where needed; and strong computer skills with a great work ethic. This position provides supervision of shift operations as well as a focus on invoicing - transferring information from RO onto the customer invoice for processing. The essential duties include:
- Primary responsibility is to transfer information from repair orders on to invoices to be submitted to customers for payment.
- Collecting on COD invoices and ensuring trucks and keys are secure until payment is received.
- Answering incoming phone calls and providing outstanding customer service.
- Verify repairs and times on work performed with technicians.
- Calling in customer repairs and approvals/ unit updates
- Helping Service Advisors with estimates and getting approvals via email or phone calls.
- Ability to cover for Service Advisors during time off.
- Related activities that promote the goals of the Organization.
- Ensure the final work product meets quality standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and co-workers
