Requirements :

• New York State Home Health Aide Certification or Personal Care Assistant Certification
• 2 Valid ID's (Work Authorization)
• Home Health Aide Experience (Preferred)
• Valid Transportation to and from your case
• Physical within the past 12 months
• PPD within the past 12 months or chest x-ray within 5 years
• Proof of MMR immunization

Pay is weekly based and based off of experience, commute (we pay for commute), and insurance your case takes.

Pay: $15.20 - $20.00 per hour
