This position offers the option of a hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.


Do you find joy in helping others? Are you good at multi-tasking and communication? Would you like to work in a collaborate environment where no two days are the same? We are seeking an experienced adjuster for our Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster position.


In this role, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and proactively managing a portfolio of claims. Our adjusters are given autonomy in their roles and are able to make decisions to resolve claims using their problem- solving skills. In addition to an autonomous role, our adjusters have manageable caseloads to ensure that they can provide exceptional customer service to our insureds. A successful candidate in this role will use their fact finding skills to obtain pertinent information from the claimant and insured to interpret the policy and properly adjust the claim.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret occupational accident policy and determine company's liability and level of compensability to the claimant.
  • Investigate, review, and settle claims while determining when the claimant can return to work.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with outside counsel, case managers, and medical providers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, insureds, and other business partners.
  • Research state and federal laws and regulations regarding occupational accident claims.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • An innate ability to multi-task, manage their workload, and self-motivate.
  • Knowledge of work comp, occupational accident, or overall insurance.
  • Solid communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
