ORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist/Occupational Therapist to serve in their outpatient rehab clinic in Bettendorf, IA.

At ORA our licensed physical and occupational therapist(s) provide integrated, state-of-the-art therapy care and rehabilitation to our patients. As a part of our team, you will have immediate access to referral sources, patient records, imaging studies, and more, allowing for optimal patient care and recovery.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Knowledge and understanding of all clinic policies/procedures, culture, and organizational structure.
  • Ability to demonstrate superior clinical outcomes, patient customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Must have the ability to be mentored and receptive to training processes.
  • Conveys a professional image and attitude.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to identify and implement components of the physical therapy process.
  • Identify learning needs and teach patients and families.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals.

  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy as evidenced by college diploma.
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Iowa.
