We Staff Healthcare LLC is seeking to hire Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA) to join our dynamic team of professionals for multiple locations!
Locations:
Manhattan, NY (10075, 10014, 10040, 10021)
Bronx, NY (10465)
Brooklyn, NY (11224)
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current NYS Occupational Therapy License in good standing
- COVID-19 vaccination required
Responsibilities:
- Provides clinical services as a Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant to appropriate residents under physician’s orders.
- Reports to the Occupational Therapist information relating to the patient’s progress, complication, and/or response to treatment.
- Assist Occupational Therapist in performing procedures, test and complex treatments to ensure the safe, effective evaluation and treatment of patients.
- Attends and participates in interdisciplinary meetings as appropriate to relay clinical findings and recommendations to other members of the rehab team.
- Attends and participates in family meetings as appropriate.
