Jani-King International is seeking an Office Administrator to join our regional sales office!

Jani-King is the global leader in the ever-growing $100 billion-dollar commercial cleaning industry.
The Office Administrator is responsible for the administrative and clerical responsibilities of the corporate regional office, conserves the Regional Director's time and promotes the company image by representing the regional office internally and externally. Acts as liaison between the Regional Director and others as needed. Oversees account management consistent of filing transactions, setting up new accounts, logging complaints, file maintenance, checking franchise reports and explaining them to the franchise owners when needed. Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress, problem solving; making adjustments as needed.
Base pay is $50K with monthly bonus based on regional performance!
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years experience working as an Office Administrator
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Good customer service skills
- Articulate and good phone skills
- Understanding of invoicing
- Knowledge of collections
- Strong follow up skills
- Must have good computer skills
- Desire to be a part of a winning team
