We service high-profile residential and commercial customers in and around the Boca Raton area. Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Functions.
  • Scheduling/Dispatching.
  • Organize and push solutions to completion.
  • Learn to design, edit, and maintain services using CRM Software.
  • Projects a positive "Can Do" attitude.
  • Displays emotional intelligence and empathizes with others' problems.
  • Able to direct inquiries to the appropriate individual.
  • Willing and able to learn.
  • Goal-oriented and can multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills displaying a clear and concise manner.
  • Able to be persuasive.
  • Comfortable with learning new software and technologies.
  • Rotational On-Call to 9:30 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
