We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient support of our small business office. We believe in our strategy- and we’d like you, as our next Office Assistant, to be part of it.
This Office Assistant will take initiative and have outstanding administrative, organizational and time management skills. We are looking for a motivated individual who can offer experience to a fast-growing company, someone who communicates positively and effectively, performs with a high degree of accuracy, and meets challenges with an enthusiastic, optimistic attitude .
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate within the office to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting functions as needed
- Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; enter customer orders by verifying specifications and quoting prices
- Additional administrative tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an office assistant
- Excellent telephone and customer relations skills
- Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and professional demeanor
- Knowledge with Word and Excel
- Personable, reliable, and able to work as a team, or independently

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
