Our company is seeking an Office Assistant to help our team with a variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong skill in data entry, a familiarity with information technology and a great attitude that makes all co-workers feel comfortable and supported. We're looking for an independent worker who can take on daily tasks with ease but also knows when to ask questions, and is willing to learn new skills as they are needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and greet office visitors.
  • Answer questions and redirect visitors.
  • Schedule appointments
  • Purchase & order office supplies.
  • Applicant intake & processing
  • Maintenance tracking
  • Billing
  • Document completions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Murrieta, CA 92563: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
