Job description
Wever Petroleum Inc, a local family owned & operated Fuel Company, is looking for a motivated individual to join our office staff.
Responsibilities:
-Answering phone, waiting on customers
-Scheduling customer deliveries and service calls
-General office duties including, typing, faxing and filing
-Accounts Receivable tasks
-Dispatching drivers and service technicians
Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal & written communication skills are essential
-Must have strong time-management/organizational skills & strong attention to detail
-Applicants must be professional and have strong customer service skills
-Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and have knowledge in the use of other general office equipment
-Ability to work under time sensitive pressure
This is a full time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Saturday (three week rotation) from November – March, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Competitive salary, company paid health insurance, 401K plans, vacation/sick time, paid holidays and employee discounts on company products and services.
