Family and Community Engagement Strategies (FACES) Coordinator
Job Location: Raymore office

RESPONSIBILITIES: The main responsibility of the FACES Coordinator is to help low-income individuals and families gain stability and achieve economic security, helping them engage and become active in building opportunities in their communities. The FACES Coordinator is responsible for contacting, referring, and providing services to clients through the Community and Family Assistance Programs, including but not limited to LIHEAP (low income home energy assistance program).
REQUIREMENTS: The ability to successfully manage multiple projects and multi-stakeholder initiatives including extensive caseloads. Proficiency in computer/software, virtual programs i.e. Zoom, TEAMS, etc., including, without limitation, Microsoft programs.
Be a positive team player with excellent people skills. Have the ability to communicate and work professionally
with all clients and co-workers with a positive attitude.
High School Diploma or GED is required. Three years social services and office experience or two years post-high school education in related field preferred.
DETAILS: This is a full time position working 36 hours per week at Raymore office (Cass and Henry counties).
Salary: $2964/month. Starting date: ASAP. Months of experience required: 24. Application deadline: open until position is filled. Grade: 5.
