We are seeking an energetic Office Manager who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

Requirements
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
