What you will do:
- Bring the Fun! The right candidate for this role is a leader and a tone setter for our company culture. The best candidate will enjoy finding creative ways to engage his/her teammates to remind them how much we value their work.
- Vendor Management (e.g. communications with equipment and services providers, coordinating for services such as uniform laundering and resupply)
- Coordinate accounting and expense tasks (e.g. accounts payable, expense certification, and accounts receivable)
- Payroll Processing and HR/employee services functions (e.g. certify weekly payroll & address benefits questions)
- Assist with office budget creation and execution (e.g. office and building supplies, furniture, and electronic device.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required
- Reporting business status and office progress to senior management and partnering with them to improve operations and procedures (e.g. report growing accounts receivable or expenses that are above budget)
