This job role involves working in two offices in the same building. Lionness Pride and Viision llc are companies owned by creative thinkers in the publishing, media, food, beauty and consulting. We are seeking a candidate to work in both offices which are in walking distance of each other.

The office manager will be an Optimistic Entrepreneurial self-motivated starter that has strong sales technique, technically savvy, and excellent interpersonal skills. The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing in-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, and office supplies inventory control.

Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Responsibilities:

  • Mail out orders or to amazon fulfillment centers
  • Use Google to generate new store leads per state.
  • Call current stores monthly for re-orders
  • Social media management
  • Post new items on shopify and Amazon when needed(will be trained)
  • Create and send invoice to stores for payments or receipt
  • Outsource using fiverr for miscellaneous projects
  • Oversee virtual team oversea
  • Pickups and drop-offs for inventory and local store orders
  • Ship samples to potential stores
  • Create systems when needed to automate a flow
  • Keep track of commercial kitchen ingredients inventory weekly
  • Keep supply available inhouse for production of products
  • Posting videos on YouTube efficiently
  • Mail brochures to potential stores
