3 Locations: New Brunswick, Cranbury, and Edison, New Jersey

The Glaucoma Institute, PC (Est. 2003) is a private ophthalmology medical practice focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of Glaucoma. Our mission is to elevate the health and well being of our patients by providing the highest quality of professional care in a compassionate way. Every member of our team shares in this responsibility, and we are looking for a well qualified team leader.

A successful Medical Office Manager will exhibit the following qualities:

Has great administrative organizational and communication skills.

Is detailed oriented, reliable and trustworthy.

Is friendly and empathetic with patients and office team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements initiatives that improve patient care
  • Acts as a liaison between the physician, clinical, and administrative staff members
  • Manages the active process of improving patient satisfaction by addressing patient comments, concerns, and questions and monitors flow of patients within the office
  • Supervises patient registration, scheduling, and financial counseling
  • Ensures office has adequate inventory and monitors purchasing of necessary office equipment and supplies
  • Tracks productivity on clinic days including keeping records of daily cash deposits and supply inventory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
