Company: Russell Feed & Supply is a locally-owned and operated feed store chain in the North Texas area. Russell Feed currently has 10 locations, a distribution center and offices, and a hay distribution center. Our stores offer a wide variety of products, including pet food & supplies, animal health products, horse tack & supplies, livestock feed & supplies, hay & shavings, propane, lawn & garden items, organics, and more.

Position: The Online Fulfillment Specialist position will be in charge of fulfilling orders through our Online Store as well as 3rd party platforms. This position will also be responsible for making local deliveries in a company vehicle in a timely manner and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about agriculture and learning about the products and different feeds we carry. Previous experience with Amazon, Shopify, or other E-Commerce platforms is a plus but not required. This position is for someone wanting to grow, as you will have the opportunity to expend Russell Feed's online sales and website traffic.

A successful Online Fulfillment Specialist for this position will have the following:

• Willingness to work flexible hours, opportunity for part time or full time work
• Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Employee has experience safely operating warehouse equipment (pallet jack, and/or a forklift). PLUS - not a requirement.
• 50% of this role is computer based, must have intermediate level MS Office experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred; college or technical/vocational school a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record for the past 3 years

Although this list is not comprehensive, it provides an idea of the responsibilities of the position:

• Fulfill orders through our online storefront and other platforms, whether they are local deliveries or shipments
• Maintain friendly customer service & always possess a positive attitude
• Complete daily transactions for all orders and keep product pricing up to date
• Assist with all inventory replenishment online
• Traveling to different Russell Feed Stores and flexibility to help where needed
• Willingness to help in Distribution Center during downtime
• Prioritize safety- Safety is our #1 priority at Russell Feed. It is the responsibility of all of us to ensure a safe atmosphere on a daily basis for all people. Identifying safety risks and bringing them to management’s attention is a must.
• Work well with Online Store Manager, Warehouse Manager, stores and other staff
• Inventory control and management—communicating items we are running low on to management

Time Commitment: Our Central Warehouse is open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. However, there are times when our team will need to come in early, stay late and/or work occasional weekends.

Note- our preference is to hire someone looking for full-time work, but if you're looking for part-time work and are available 8am-4pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday we still encourage you to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $19.15 per hour
