FOCUS Workforce Management is now interviewing upbeat, friendly, outgoing candidates for the Onsite Team Lead position on our team in Toccoa, GA
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manage staffing and Client Needs
- Build/Maintain relationships with floor supervisors
- Generate management reports as needed
- Oversee employee retention
PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excel and Word experience
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to multitask
- Friendly and Outgoing
- Strong written and verbal communication
REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical requirements include repetitive standing, walking, & moderate lifting
- Wear long pants, Close toe shoes, and Focus wear.
- Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen and criminal background check
Job Type: Full-time
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Production/Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
