Duration: 6-month contract with conversion to full-time likely

Schedule: M-F shift schedule

• Mid, swing or overnight (must be flexible on which shift)

Pay: 17-20/hr

Day-to-Day

A large telecom client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Remote Operations Tech II to join one of their five teams hiring at the moment! This position could sit on teams such as their Ethernet Off-Net Repairs team or their Enterprise Repair team to name a few examples. This will be a remote opportunity that will follow a shift schedule of either Mid-Shift, Swing-Shift, or Overnight. This team is looking for someone who can be flexible on shift work. This contract is slated to last 6 months, with conversion likely.

This individual will be responsible for working directly with customers on routine trouble tickets such as circuit outage, run commands, and troubleshooting current issues. Also, will be responsible for providing follow-up with both internal and external customers for status updates when necessary. Additionally, this position will include working with network systems through monitoring, such as the usage, load patterns and system response, and updates and any installations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
