Our company is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting as part of a growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the manufacturing industry and will be comfortable with operating various machinery in a safe manner. A successful candidate for this position will be able to follow directions as well as follow up on details and maintain an atmosphere of collaboration and trust with their co-workers.

Mail Room Clerk 8:30am-5pm $15/Hr

Wash-Up 3:30pm-12am $16/Hr

Frame to Come 12:30pm-9pm $16/Hr

Surface Operator 7am-3:30pm $15/Hr

Surface Tech 3:30pm-12am $16/Hr

Hard Coat Tech 3:00pm-11:30pm $16/Hr

Knowledge/Skills Required:

• Good problem solving skills.
• Ability to shrink wrap
• Ability to work drill hole machine
• Good organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to understand English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Ability to use hand/power tools and safe use of them.
• Ability to multi task with changing priorities.
• Ability to recognize safety issues & corrective actions.
• High School or equivalent

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create different size of boxes to have ready for workload of the day.
• Round corner, shrink wrap, drill hole or other bindery operations to client specifications.
• As jobs are being moved from the cutting table, ensure for quality and look for any imperfections such as color and alignment.
• Count the specific product to ensure quantity packed matches quantity ordered for each shipment.
• Ensure the packed box is properly sealed and place on skid.
• Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and work station are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean working environment before leaving each day.
