POSITION: Outpatient Dual DiagnosisTherapist

LOCATION: Elizabethtown, Kentucky

QUALIFICATIONS:

• LPCC, LPCA, or LCSW licensure (required)
• experience in substance abuse and dual diagnosis counseling (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES & TRAINING:

• provide group, individual, and family therapy sessions
• determine appropriate treatment interventions for each patient
• collaborate with each patient on a treatment plan
• help patients set and achieve their personal goals
• develop continuing care plans
• maintain records and provide documentation according to Stepworks policies
• serve as the first point of contact for patients’ behavioral issues
• participate in four hours of supervision monthly
• be prepared for crisis intervention and standard first aid, including CPR (training provided)

SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 8:00 A. M. to 5:00 P. M.
