Janover, a full-service accounting firm dedicated to being innovative, accessible, efficient and technologically sophisticated, is seeking an Outsourced Accounting Associate to join our growing Outsourced Accounting Solutions team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Actively handles day to day accounting needs for clients.
• Serves as day to day point of contact for clients.
• Providing value to the department and to our client relationships.
• Handle clients accounts receivable and accounts payable, which may include communicating with customers and vendors.
• Reconciles clients bank accounts.
• Provides backup support for other members on the Outsourced Accounting Solutions Team.
• Sales tax preparation.
• Provide reports and financial analysis to management

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent related degree and experience
• 1+ years of progressive accounting experience, either public in client service accounting or private
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good organizational skills
• Capable of handling multiple client engagements
• Outstanding problem solving, analytical, organizational and project management skills
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
