Lingo Staffing is hiring Immediately for Order Selectors for a COLD storage warehouse in Indian Trail, NC. Must be available to work WEEKENDS
We are looking for an ENERGETIC Order Picker to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products.
Hours: 5pm/10PM-UNTIL all orders are complete each day - expect to work 8-10 hour shifts, Rotating days depending on production needs - OVERTIME AVAILABLE
Pay: $19.25/hr - PLUS pay increase after 90 Days
You will operate an Electric Pallet Jack and Walkie Rider on a daily basis. This is a cold environment ranging from 32 degrees and up. You WILL be working in cold temperature levels. This is a temp to perm position requiring drug and background checks.
Responsibilities
- Receive and check pick tickets
- Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy
- Wrap orders before loading on trucks
- Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
- Keep records of completed orders
- Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
- Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards
- HEAVY lifting throughout shift - products weigh up to 80 lbs
Skills
- Proven experience as order picker or other warehouse position
- Experience or license in handling electric pallets jacks and walkie riders
- Experience in voice picking systems, headset, or RF devices
We are looking for candidates who have held the previous titles: Order Selector, Picker, Shipping and Receiving, Loader Unloader, Forklift, Pallet Jack, RF Scanner
