We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our high energy Marketing team. If you speak lead generation and know paid search strategy like the back of your hand, this is a great opportunity for you.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is one who has in-depth paid search experience as well as a solid understanding of lead generation

• Your second language is performance KPIs and you know your numbers and the inputs needed to continue improving those KPI metrics

• Possess a strong knowledge of key search platforms (Google Ads, Shopping Ads, Bing Ads & Yahoo Gemini), including varying approaches to account setup and structures

• Experience in E-commerce platforms (Shopify) and feed optimization and merchant center integrations

• Comfortable using Google Analytics, SpyFu, SEMrush, Keyword Planner, etc

• Previous experience with strategy development, keyword research, campaign building, landing page optimization, account restructuring, expansion, optimization, and testing

• Understanding of conversion tracking, optimization, and A/B testing

• Strong ability to analyze data and turn data into meaningful insights

• Highly organized campaign/timeline management, strong attention to detail and urgency to get things done

• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Experience and confidence operating within a client facing role

• ECommerce, Business-to-Business (B2B) experience

• Previous work experience in other media platforms

• Able to complete work on deadline without supervision

• Fluent in Spanish is a bonus

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing paid search campaigns that deliver quality leads and website traffic

• Manage Paid Search strategies in alignment with business goals, including but not limited to keywords, lead generation, paid search, local listings, and ecommerce

• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize campaigns

• Monitor, measure, and report on the results of the paid search campaigns and maintain performance standards

• Understand paid advertising budget management and effective ad spending based on campaign objectives

• Communicate performance, recommendations, and trends to select clients through email, phone calls and in-person meetings if needed

• Keep up with industry trends to ensure the newest technology and strategies are implemented

• Collaborate with teams to modify other marketing tactics for holistic campaign improvement

• Communicate directly with head executives and provide reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
