Job description
Craftsmen Contractors is looking to hire Forklift Operators with verifiable Paper Clamp experience for the New Orleans area. Job consists of safe and efficient movement of products and materials at a warehouse distributor facility.
Need to pass a criminal background check.
Having a valid TWIC Card is a major plus.
Pay is $14.50/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and stage products and materials using forklift with paper clamp attachment
- Track and record units of materials handled
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
​Qualifications:
- Must have verifiable Forklift with Paper Clamp experience - will have to demonstrate and prove you have this type of experience by operating (practical test) this type of equipment prior to being hired.
- Will have to pass a criminal background check. Having a TWIC Card really helps.
- Some experience in Warehouse and General Labor
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic
- Be attentive at all times.
