***HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR THIS POSITION***
Versatile Enterprise needs detail-oriented team members wanted to carry out basic custodial duties overnight. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition before opening hours. This is a local Rec. Center with security surveillance at all times for your safety. Versatile Enterprise looks to hire self-motivated and responsible individuals with integrity in their work ethic.
Shift schedule is Monday-Saturday or Sunday-Friday
Shift hours: 3 hours per day
Facility hours: are from 8 pm-until finished and Friday-Sunday 6 pm-until finished
Responsibilities
- Empty waste baskets
- Disinfect common areas
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Restock restroom soap and paper dispensers
- Dry mop hallways
- Vacuum rugs and carpets
- Mop floors as directed
- Wipe smudges and fingerprints from glass entrances and interior doors
- Notify management of any facility discrepancies
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Janitorial experience
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets
SIGN-ON BONUS!!!!!
The Sign-On Bonus is $250 for Part-Time employees and will be paid out accordingly:
- upon completion of 30 days: $62.50
- upon completion of 60 days: $62.50
- upon completion of 90 days: $125
