Hours and Days may vary due to business needs.
Primary Tasks:

• You will maintain a cheerful disposition and a neat, clean, and professional image.

• You need proficient knowledge of the menu to explain our offerings to the Guests, inform them of current food promotions and specials, and answer my questions.

• You will greet guests and open the door for each Guest upon entering and departing.

• You will assess the guest demeanor and identify when behavior are called to the attention of a Manager.

• You will follow alcohol awareness procedures for identifying age, preventing intoxication, and dealing with intoxicated Guests.

• You will bid farewell to guests leaving. Ensure everything was satisfactory and invite guests to return.

• You will keep foyer, host area, and cocktail tables clean and free of clutter.

• You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Hotel station and ensure all menus are stocked and cleaned.

• You will restock necessary supplies and bring all areas up to standard.

• You will inspect restrooms periodically and maintain cleanliness standards.

• You will perform shift change and opening or closing responsibilities.

• You will follow all company safety and sanitation procedures.

• You will assist other Team Members when needs dictate.

• You will perform other responsibilities as may be assigned

Required Education and experience:

• Required to stand/walk 100% of shift

• Reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently

• Plate food, and clear tables which may require lifting as much as 30lbs

• Verbalize and respond to Guests

• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

• Prior customer service experience
