Part-time HR and Administrative Assistant (Flexible Hours!)
Job description
Becks Quality Cabinets, a custom cabinet shop in Green Bay, WI is searching for a highly personable and motivated Administrative Assistant! In this position, you would be an integral part of the team that produces world-class quality with a local flare.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets customers at the door and/or via phone and directs them to the appropriate staff.
- Provides general support to walk-in customers; such as, handling small orders, assisting with basic inquiries, giving tours of the showroom, or taking customer information when a salesperson is not available.
- Acts as a point of contact for internal and external clinets and provides an excellent line of communication between all parties.
- Assists the Human Resources department with administrative tasks such as preparing new hire paperwork, adjusting timeclock punches, entering vacation requests, or tracking employee attendance records.
- Monitors office suppies and requests ordering.
- Assists with Marketing efforts such as creating social media posts or collecting and organizing marketing materials.
- Provides administrative support to various departments within the Company, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and preparing job quotes/paperwork.
- Assists with basic Accounting functions such as printing invoices and expense coding.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer functions.
- Maintains great professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Marketing and social media experience is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
