Stoughton Health is looking for someone to join our Guest Services team on a full-time basis as a Patient Concierge. This is an entry level position that will allow you to work alongside the care team to enhance the patient experience. The Patient Concierge alongside our Guest Services team, delivers our first impression with a warm welcome, kind smile, friendly exchanges and professional approach to assist as they greet our patients, visitors, guests and team members entering our facilities.

Additionally, the Patient Concierge serves a concierge for our patients, visitors and guests through troubleshooting the needs, wants and desires of those individuals discovered through patient and waiting room rounding. The team member will accept challenges, offer resolutions, and demonstrate appropriate empathy for unique circumstances. They will be encouraged to reach out to department leaders and staff to best meet these needs. The Patient Concierge is the frontline to customer service, patient experience, and service excellence.

Qualifications include: Hight school graduate or equivalent, prefer someone with previous healthcare and/or customer service background. Previous reception/registration experience and general knowledge of hospital functions is preferred. Basic computer competency skills are also required.

*Full-time, Days, Monday thru Thursday; 8 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Fridays; 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., 32 hours/week, 64 hours bi-weekly. No weekends or holidays. (We are willing to fill this job with one full-time candidate, or two part-time candidates who are interested in a job share)
