Quirk Auto Dealerships of Braintree has a full-time opening as a Payroll Specialist. This is a great entry-level opportunity for a motivated individual. The hours for this position are 8 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Starting pay for this position will depend on experience. This position will report to the Payroll Manager.
Job Duties Include:
- Processing weekly Payrolls while ensuring accuracy.
- Communicate with store managers.
- Answer employee questions
- Scans/files various employee documents to the employee file
- Enters maintains and/or process information in the payroll system
- Answering basic payroll questions in person and over the phone

Job Requirements:
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with MS Word, Excel preferred
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Relevant experience is a plus but not required

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
