Qualifications: licensure in the corresponding state

Classification: Full-Time or Part-time

· UHC- Medical, Dental, Vision: Peach Tree Dental contributes $244.00 towards the medical premium for the associate dentist.

· Colonial Life: Optional enrollment in life, accident, hospital confinement indemnity, disability, critical illness, cancer.

· American Funds Simple IRA: Upon completing 90 days of continuous employment, the Associate is eligible to participate in Peach Tree Dental’s Simple IRA benefit plan. Peach Tree Dental will match up to 3% contribution.

Continuing Education:

· Reimbursement allowance of $1000.00 every (12) month which may include course tuition and/or travel expenses.

Time Off:

· A minimum of (10) non-paid days of vacation per year.

Dental Treatment:

· Associate may provide dental treatment to Associate’s immediate family (spouse and dependent children under 21) at no charge. Associate or Associate’s immediate family member shall be responsible for all laboratory fees.

· Associate may provide dental treatment to Associate’s extended family at a fifty percent (50%) discounted rate. Associate or The associate’s immediate family member shall be responsible for all laboratory fees. Extended family meaning parents, step-parents, siblings, and parents by marriage (“in-laws).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $300,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
