Position Summary: Pediatrician - Physician MD or DO ( need two!)

Leading Pediatric Practice needs a Pediatrician - Physician MD / DO in Rome, Ga. Work outpatient! 1+ year MD experience in Pediatrics preferred but new grads welcomed! Great opportunity for married or domestic partners as this group can hire two physicians! $225k guaranteed plus guaranteed bonuses (cost of living much lower than Atlanta)! Federal loan repayment assistance! Pediatrician will provide a full range of pediatric care. No hospital or ER call! Very light call! Sign-0n bonus!

Job Duties & Responsibilities: Pediatrician - Physician MD / DO

• Pediatrician will provide high-quality cost-effective medical care.
• Work in conjunction with the medical directors, quality improvement, utilization management, and risk management.
• Comply with medical records and risk assessment documentation policies/procedures, quality initiatives and electronic medical record usage.
• Maintain appropriate patient records & satisfaction standards.

Education & Experience: Pediatrician - Physician MD / DO

• Pediatrician must have a medical degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program
• Current valid state physician MD or DO medical license
• Board certification or eligibility with intent to certify required
• Current DPS and DEA certificates (or in progress)
• 1+ year MD experience in Pediatrics preferred but new resident grads welcome
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or specialty certification as required by department.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
