People Analytics Lead
We’re looking for a collaborative and adaptable individual with a passion for building people-related insights that power the employee lifecycle and support the team through growth. This role is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the Striver experience through designing people analytics related infrastructure, in alignment with Strive’s values, to ultimately influence business decisions. This individual would ideally be in Denver, CO, but we are open to remote candidates.
Essential Functions:
The duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Strive to provide timely, meaningful, and relevant people analytics insights to Strive’s leaders
  • Using approaches from applied microeconomics and I/O psychology, build evidence-based workforce strategies to provide actionable insights to leaders
  • Create short (2023) and long-term OKRs (2024 & beyond) that provide strategic guidance on the development and maintenance of organizational wide People Analytics reporting, system builds, data flows, and data-driven insights
  • Serve as an adviser to the full People team on key opportunities discovered by data and bring a data orientation to every discussion
  • Manage full-cycle implementations of employee experience initiatives: Design, run, and analyze employee surveys + lead the implementation of strategic programs that will allow us to better support Strivers as we scale
  • Stay abreast of external People Analytics trends and partner with Strive’s data analytics team to ensure best practices in data analysis
  • Embrace Strive’s mission and ensure the company’s business initiatives set the strategy for the People Analytic work
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of focused studies/experience in a field emphasizing applied people research in organizations such as analytics, Human Resources, organizational effectiveness, industrial/organizational psychology or other related fields
  • Exposure to and understanding of HR systems, tools, processes, and data
  • Experience creating and finding solutions to challenging talent questions
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms

Annual Salary Range:
$95,000.00 – $117,000.00
