Classical Music Administration and Production

Part-time Opportunities with Camerata Pacifica

Gain valuable professional work experience in the performing arts field with Camerata Pacifica. You’ll be part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team producing Camerata Pacifica’s chamber music concerts in Santa Barbara, Ventura, San Marino, and Los Angeles. You’ll play a significant role in planning and producing special events such as donor cultivation and audience engagement activities, working closely with our artists and staff in the preparation of all aspects of performances and events.

What You’ll Work On

Event Planning

· Coordinate with venues and vendors to help organize receptions and events; track invitations and guest lists; staff events and serve as a host.

Concert Production

· Assist in planning artist travel and hospitality.

· Participate in front-of-house and box office operations and greet guests at select concerts.

· Collaborate with Production Manager and others in on-site production needs.

General Administration

· Help track and process invoices from concert and event activities.

· Coordinate marketing materials such as concert listings and press releases.
