In WeLoveNoCode we are building the biggest in the worls no-code talent marketplace. No-code is perhaps the fastest growing industry in the world right now. We need a Personal Assistant to our Founder/CEO, and we need this person ASAP.
Our ideal candidate:
- IS ABLE TO START ASAP.
- MUST HAVE: experience in the similar role AND passion to make things done.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Doesn't have factors that might slow down your work (ie. study in parallels etc).
- Has experience working in a startup.
What You'll do:
- Work with our Founder/CEO helping him with daily time management.
- Run errands as requested.
- Plan travel, flights, accommodation and ground transportation if needed.
- Provide assistance as needed to front desk operations to include but is not limited to, answering phones, accepting package and other deliveries, lunchtime relief, etc.
