Fast growing insurance company is looking for a person that has at least one year in personal lines either on the agency side or the company side You will work in an escalation department to help resolve customer service issues. Handle incoming calls from insureds, agents, and others regarding service issues. This is an insurance company role, and you will only be dealing with service-related issues and not sales at all. You do not have to remarket books. They would like a person with at least a 2-20 or 20-44 and one year plus of homeowner’s experience. Bilingual is a plus.
