Equity Staffing is searching for a Pharmacy Inventory Clerk in San Antonio, TX. This position is with a Fortune 500 organization. *** Must be able to work - Monday - Tuesday: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm, Wednesday - Thursday: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, & Friday: 6:30 am - 1:00 pm ***

*** Candidates Must reside within the commuting distance of San Antonio, TX ***

** MUST HAVE GOOD ATTENDANCE **

Description

Accountability, Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assists with receiving, checking in merchandise, and maintaining incoming and outgoing items
  • Reading and filling work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
  • Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas
  • Sorting, counting and placing materials or items on racks
  • Marking materials with identifying information using appropriate methods
  • Opening crates and other containers
  • Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program
  • Assisting in counting of physical inventory
  • Weighing and counting items for distribution within the site to ensure conformance to company standards
  • May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed
  • Completing requisition forms to order supplies from other departments
  • Preparing parcels for shipping
  • Sweeping, dusting, and mopping
  • Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
  • Wearing the proper safety equipment

Qualification / Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine correspondence.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Products Suite with intermediate skill
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to organize and have great attention to detail and accuracy

Education / Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally move more than one hundred pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Remote/Onsite: Onsite, San Antonio, TX

Shift Start/End Time:

  • Monday - Tuesday: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • Wednesday - Thursday: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • Friday: 6:30 am - 1:00 pm
