Description: As a full-time, non-exempt, CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Technician at Fairmount Behavioral Health System, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; procuring drugs; Re-package medication, maintaining inventory, performing monthly medication room inspections; running the billing; and auditing patient records. You will need to be able to lift up to 10 pounds, be on your feet for extended periods of time, and walk to deliver medications several times daily within the campus.

Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 30-40 hours per week. This position may be required to work holidays and weekends.

About the Facility: Fairmount Behavioral Health System is located on a 27-acre wooded campus in Philadelphia that offers patients and families a peaceful and therapeutic environment for recovery. A highly regarded treatment center, Fairmount is a resource for children, adolescents, and adults who have psychiatric and behavioral problems as well as alcohol and drug dependency. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Pharmacy technician experience is preferred but willing to train someone with applicable experience
• Experience working in a high-volume/fast pace environment
• Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office
• Effective communications skills; verbal and written
• Must be comfortable interacting with patients suffering from a mental illness
