Job description
Achieve Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility is a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Liberty, NY dedicated to being the leading provider of quality care in our region. We are currently seeking a PRN Certified Phlebotomist Technician.
Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week, approximately 4-6 hours per day. Preferred days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Phlebotomist Responsibilities Include:
- Drawing labs on resident population
- Completing lab draw requisition forms, when necessary
- Assisting in the RN Educator office with data entry of COVID screening, COVID vaccinations, etc.
We are seeking a self motivated Phlebotomist who is able to work independently and as a team. An eager and creative applicant would be most appropriate to assist in the Education office by seeking out new methods to streamline Facility processes as it relates to COVID testing, screening and vaccinations. Ability to multi-task and being detail-oriented are musts for this position to keep the Education office orderly and ensure that labs are drawn as scheduled.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess and maintain a current state certification as a Phlebotomist Technician.
- Experience with the geriatric population is a plus.
- Must be proficient in computer data entry
