Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist to join the Physical Therapy team in Naples, FL. We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, well-organized, can multi-task, and think outside of the box. We want someone who supports our top initiative of ensuring an excellent patient experience!

As a Physical Therapist you will evaluate, design, and implement individual programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction in patients. You will perform and document thorough initial evaluations, identify problem areas, contraindications to treatment. You will respect patients' rights of confidentiality and privacy and comply with HIPAA regulations and delegate and provide instructions to the Physical Therapy Assistant(where applicable). You will adhere to policies and procedures of Millennium Physician Group, abide by Standards of Ethical Conduct for Physical Therapists as established by the American Physical Therapy Association and by rules and regulations of the Florida State Practice Act, Chapter 486.

Qualified candidates will be a Florida licensee. New grads are welcome!

Required Skills and Abilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems; Athena knowledge preferred but not required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, and balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
