Job Summary
The Physician Candidate Generator is responsible for and coordinates various aspects of Physician and Advanced Practice Provider recruitment for Memorial Hermann. This position is responsible for posting open positions, Provider candidate identification, providing weekly onboarding updates, uploading agreements and contracts and other department administrative duties. The Physician Candidate Generator collaborates with the recruitment team to support the strategic goals of Memorial Hermann recruitment department. This position is a flexible work model that supports a blend of in-office, remote, and on-the-go work functions with a high level of independence and streamlined communications. Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
- Two (2) years of experience in the healthcare recruiting required.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Work independently with minimal direction.
- Requires critical thinking skills, effective written and verbal communication.
- Must have good interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and solid organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong computer skills and technical savvy as it relates to sourcing/recruiting tools and techniques.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of Memorial Hermann Medical Group and MHMD independent practice sites.
- Provides updates during the onboarding process but not limited to updates on the weekly Due Diligence onboarding call.
- Provides sourcing, networking, and recruiting support for Provider talent pools using social media, job boards, networks, associations, forums, alumni, current and former employees, and others to provide qualified and aligned Provider candidates.
- Establishes, maintains, monitors, and reports key performance metrics to ensure effectiveness of the sourcing process.
- Assists in the recruitment process including posting jobs and directing select candidates to the appropriate Service Line Senior Recruiter.
- Responsible for uploading employment agreements and contracts and various other departmental administrative duties.
- Helps identify and recommend new recruitment tools and processes to ensure a consistent and/or enhanced Provider candidate experience.
- Consistently meets established key performance metrics for productivity, client satisfaction and quality.
- Ensures safe care to patients, staff, and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity, and quality of service.
- Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff.
- Responsible for reviewing and uploading Provider agreements into the contract management system.
