Job Overview - What is Success in this Position?


The Ad Buyer will report to the VP of Paid Media and will be responsible for overseeing a book of client's paid media and advertising strategies, research and development of new innovations, and improving our internal processes.


Success in this role will be the ability to retain clients by providing them with terrific service and stellar results in their campaigns.


This role can be fully remote, hybrid or in our Lehi office.


Essential Functions

  • Client relationship duties and responsibilities.
  • Conceive, develop and refine high performing paid media accounts. Focus on articulating key industry challenges and business problems, best practices, and differentiated value propositions to escalate interest for our client’s customers and buyer personas.
  • Work closely with the product, sales, creative services, and fulfillment teams to identify new opportunities, channels, and paths for success for our clients.
  • Be an expert in Facebook, Google, Pinterest, SnapChat, or TikTok advertising and able to run campaigns on any of those platforms.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and execute campaign strategies in line with client goals.
  • Report on product KPIs & goals
  • Coordinate delivery of a superior product to client services and Big Leap clients.
  • Work with client services and product teams to develop client strategy, roadmap execution, and large initiative planning.
  • Interact with internal peers and/or Managers to exchange pertinent data and information related to projects.
  • Stay current on the ever changing paid advertising industry and ensure Big Leap is always above industry standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Agency environment or similar fast paced setting is critical.
  • Ability to successfully manage and move forward multiple projects at the same time.
  • Advanced proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in client-facing and client relationship scenarios and duties.
  • Must be able to travel to the Big Leap office when required.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English. Some projects may require advanced skills in each area.
  • Prompt and regular attendance is required.
