As a full-time Practice Solutions Consultant, you are a vital resource for thousands of healthcare businesses, assisting with end-to-end solutions to run their healthcare practice with confidence. You are a company ambassador and a trusted advisor. You use relationship-building and sales skills to gain rapport remotely and provide solutions that will drive growth for practices. We pay $20/hour plus commissions that average $140,000 - $160,000/year OTE. This is a hybrid position where you will work remotely and in-office. Our Las Vegas, NV office schedule is Monday - Thursday, 7 am - 4 pm, and Fridays 7 am - 1:30 pm.

:

If so, we would love you to join our dynamic team as an inside sales representative. In this position, you would have the opportunity to prospect new logos, and close decision-makers. You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to prospective clients while also adhering to company values and policy. As a member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to build a business rapport with healthcare practitioners to help our customers recognize their revenue faster!

Primary job duties:

  • Drive growth by consulting small-to-medium sized practices and positioning Rectangle Health software.
  • Develop relationships through phone, email, and professional networking.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone and virtually
  • Target potential revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to reach targets.
  • Build and develop account relationships and close sales quickly.
  • Manage, track, and report all data/activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Follow up on trade shows, conferences, and events that provide lead generation
  • Maintain knowledge of the industry, competitive positioning, and industry trends


Minimum qualifications:

  • 1-2-year sales experience in customer retention a plus
  • HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience making outbound calls required
  • Sales experience generating new business preferred
  • Virtual selling experience preferred
  • PC proficiency and utilization of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent phone manner, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Truly "own" the sales process, from initial conversation to the close by using data, tools, and sales support to manage daily and weekly activity plans.
  • Cold Calling: Prospect virtually to healthcare practice office managers and doctors to articulate our value proposition, connecting our solutions to their business needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Schedule and successfully demonstrate our solutions to your prospects and customers.
  • Partnership Development: Connect with dental associations, chamber of commerce and other community groups and businesses to build a strong pipeline of lead referrals.
  • Product Certification: Successfully complete all product training and become certified to sell all aspects of Rectangle Health.
  • Full SF.com adoption: Take full ownership of your pipeline ensuring that all conversations, contacts, Leads and Opportunities are updated daily and accurately reflect a deal's status. Leverage CRM data and tools to help prospect and prioritize interested practices, successfully managing a pipeline to consistently reach sales initiatives.
  • Social Media Marketing: Ensure that your LinkedIn profile is updated, and that social media is being utilized to target prospects and develop relationships.
