Practice Support Specialist
Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Practice Support Specialist (PSS) to work collaboratively with our team in Topeka, KS serving the employees and families of The State of Kansas at their on-site corporate health and wellness center.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals
- Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff
- Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence
- Ensure patient completes Privacy forms
- Check patients in and out
- Collect Co-pays
- Minimum of 2 years of front desk experience in a medical setting
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required
- Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with patients and strong computer skills required
- You should want to work in an environment where health education and outreach is important to you and challenges you to make a difference
