Job description

We are a growing company that is looking to hire a Pre-Construction Coordinator.

This position will start out working under the guidance of Holland Homes’ Pre-Construction Director. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of construction background with prior project management experience and leadership skills. Must be hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties that will be performed include:

- Submit Building Permit Applications

- Request Site Plans

- Trade Partner Recruiting, Assigning and Developing

- Collaborate with Project Leaders during Pre-Construction

- Help manage Trade Partner Depth Chart and Master Schedule

Previous knowledge in the following areas are not required but preferred:

- General Construction/ Home Builder terms

- Ability to read floorplans

- Ability to read site plans

Must have great work ethic and be able to work well with others.

Base Salary, depending on experience, bonus potential based on performance. Great benefits!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
