Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ask questions to identify their needs and present vehicle options based on their needs
- Coordinate test drives, highlighting vehicle features
- Assist customers with finance applications and present initial financing options
- Build rapport with your customers to increase repeat business and referrals
- Help maximize sales by ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right person!
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills to close deals
- Driven to meet sales goals
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
